The vivid flavours and aromas of Mr. Good Guy’s award-winning South East Asian cuisine make their debut on Devonport’s dining scene with the opening of this new restaurant at Novotel Devonport.

The menu, curated by Executive Chef Jonathan Prior, features authentic hawker-style share plates inspired by traditional dishes from Vietnam, Indonesia, Borneo, Malaysia and Singapore. Fresh rice paper rolls, plates of spicy Thai papaya and prawn salad and flavourful Malaysian curries are made for sharing, alongside steaming bowls of fragrant laksa and authentic regional dishes like mee mamak goreng and seafood kway teow.

Mr. Good Guy’s cocktail list is also guaranteed to ensure a good time. Singapore slings, gingerbelles and Vietnamese espresso martinis and more are shaken using local Tasmanian spirits.
